Is it natural latex or synthetic?
We use only officially certified 100% natural latex. We do not use cheap latex mixed with non-natural or its synthetic counterparts.

What shipping options do you have and how long do I have to wait for my order?
Free delivery to your hotel within 1-2 days from the date of purchase.
For purchases in the amount of 30,000 baht or more, free delivery to the airport is available at any time convenient for you, but not earlier than 4 hours from the date of purchase.
Free postal delivery in Thailand. Delivery time - 3-7 days.
For Russia and other countries, express delivery is used. Approximate delivery time is 3-4 weeks. To calculate the time and cost of delivery to your region - add the product to the cart and select the desired city on the checkout page.
Do you deliver to Russia?
Express delivery to Russia is 3-4 weeks. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the product.
Do you deliver to China?
To China, we ship by express delivery to the address you provided. Term 2-3 Weeks. The price depends on the weight of the parcel.
Why are your products cheaper than the ones we saw at the "factory" that the Tour Agent took us to?
We receive products directly from the manufacturer and we do not need to pay intermediaries (Tour Guides and Tour Agencies) for attracted customers. Therefore, we do not force you to overpay 🙂
